Navigate AI Adoption was founded by two leaders who have spent their careers helping organizations embrace technological change. Together, Aaron Daly and Ray Timmons have led enterprise transformation initiatives across entertainment, media, marketing, product development, and AI enablement, training thousands of professionals while guiding teams through some of the most significant technology shifts of the past two decades.
Ray has built his career translating complex technology into experiences people understand and embrace. From leading global creative operations to building enterprise media pipelines, governing large-scale digital asset systems, and training more than 2,500 employees in generative AI at Snap, he specializes in turning innovation into practical capability across an organization.
Aaron specializes in translating emerging technology into practical ways of working. For nearly two decades, he's helped organizations bridge the gap between what's possible and what people are comfortable doing today. His experience spans interactive entertainment, themed park robotics, enterprise collaboration, digital transformation, and AI enablement, always with the same goal: helping people confidently adopt new tools that make their work better.
Ray and Aaron are located in Los Angeles, CA and provides services to SoCal and AZ in person and globally virtually.
